Terms and Conditions

• Applicability 1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, orders, and transactions between the customer and Orthopedics London. These terms also apply to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

• Orders and Agreements 2.1 By placing an order with Orthopedics London, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions. 2.2 Orthopedics-London reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without stating a reason.

• Prices and Payment 3.1 All prices are stated in the local currency of the customer's location: Australian Dollars (AUD), United States Dollars (USD), or Canadian Dollars (CAD), and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. 3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process. 3.3 Orthopedics London reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed will be invoiced at the prices at the time of order.

• Delivery 4.1 Delivery of orders takes place at the address specified by the customer within the stated delivery times. 4.2 Orthopedics London is not liable for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as delays with the courier service or customs clearance for international shipments.

• Retention of Title 5.1 Ownership of delivered products is only transferred to the customer after full payment has been received.

• Returns Policy 6.1 See Orthopedics London's returns and refunds policy for the conditions regarding returns and refunds.

• Liability 7.1 Orthopedics London is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the delivered products. 7.2 The total liability of Orthopedics-London is limited to the amount of the order.

• Disputes 8.1 For customers in the United States, U.S. law applies to all agreements between the customer and Orthopedics London. For customers in Canada, Canadian law applies. For customers in Australia, Australian law applies. 8.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the relevant jurisdiction: for U.S. customers, courts in the State of New York; for Canadian customers, courts in Ontario; and for Australian customers, courts in New South Wales.

• Changes 9.1 Orthopedics London reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
