        Return procedure:

              • Please ensure that the returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

                Refunds:

                  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
                    • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

                      Important comments:

                        • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
                          • Items that do not meet our return policy may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
